Artist feature:Paramore

Paramore is an American rock band from Franklin,Tennesee. The band


cosists of four members: lead vocalist Hayley Williams, lead guitarist

Josh Farro, bassist Jeremy Davis, and drummer Zac Farro. Paramore

released their first album in 2005 titled " All we Know is Falling."

in 2007 is the year the group released their est selling album titled

"Riot" some popular singles released from that album were "Misery

Business" "CrushCrushCrush" and "Thats what you get." Riot opened up

many doors for Paramore in the industry. Shortly after releasing Riot,

Paramore went platinum. Soon after goin platinum the band earned a

grammy nomination for best new artist. In 2008 the band began to have

problems with lead vocalist Hayley Willams getting too mush attention

due to her amazing vocals. Media began to get involved and release

false stories that the band had broke up. In 2009 Paramore started

working on their third album titled "New Eyes" the album debuted at

number 2 with sales of 175,000 copies. The album overthrough Mariah

Carey's "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel." Towards the end of 2009"New

Eyes" went gold and "the only exception" became the highest charting

single to date in America for the band. Towards the end of 2009 Hayley

Williams got the chance to work with other artists in the indusry.

Hayley Williams paired up with rappers B.o.B and Eminem and released

the hit song "Airplanes."
